1. Internal Communications:

  • Deeply understand corporate context, and develop methods to help convey the company’s values and direction to all employees in a close and effective way.
  • Monitor the effectiveness and consistency of the internal messaging and its alignment with the company values.
  • Develop and implement internal communication plans and initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Create engaging content in various channels, including Slack, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate and timely delivery of messages.

2. Event Planning:

  • Act as the main organizer and work with stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute company events, team-building activities, holiday celebrations, and CSR events.
  • Influence and manage company resources to ensure the success of each event.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and budget management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Evaluate event success and gather feedback for future improvements.

3. Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data to measure employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
  • Organize employee recognition programs and activities to celebrate individual and team achievements.
  • Perform other general HR functions required by HRM.


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in HR roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
  • Proven experience in tactical event planning and execution.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, relationship-building, and cross-team collaboration abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence, reliable personality, and enthusiastic attitude.
