Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer who values solid engineering practices, follows coding conventions, reviews code with care, and embraces AI tools to improve speed and quality. If you write clean, maintainable code and care about both performance and developer experience, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain features across the full stack (frontend, backend, APIs)
• Follow team coding standards and contribute to improving internal best practices
• Actively participate in code reviews and pull requests with a quality-first mindset
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Gemini) to write better, faster code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, maintainability, and a smooth developer experience

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in full-stack or backend/frontend development
• Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Vue, Svelte)
• Solid backend development skills in at least one of the following: Node.js, Python (FastAPI), .NET (Core), Laravel, Java, Ruby on Rails, or similar frameworks
• Experience with APIs (REST or GraphQL) and databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD workflows, and automated testing
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance daily development tasks
• Strong understanding of clean code principles, code quality, and maintainable architecture

Bonus Points:

• Experience writing optimized and complex SQL queries, stored procedures, or query tuning
• Hands-on with performance tuning for databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Familiar with schema design and indexing strategies for scale
• Familiar with static analysis tools (ESLint, SonarQube, Prettier)
• Experience with Docker, serverless functions, or cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Good command of English skills
