CodeComplete’s Inspiring Career Journey 2025: From Classroom to Success

This September, the CodeComplete team visited Passerelles Numériques Vietnam (PNV) College — a place filled with curiosity, laughter, and dreams.As we stepped into the classrooms, we were greeted by the bright smiles of final-year students preparing to begin the next chapter of their journey — one that leads from learning to purpose, from classroom to career.

What started as a planned afternoon soon became something far more meaningful: a shared conversation about growth, confidence, and the future that awaits when knowledge meets experience.

Bridging Education and Career Readiness

The highlight of the day was an interactive workshop titled “How to Prepare for an Internship from an Employer’s Perspective.”
Our team shared insights from real workplace experiences — from crafting resumes and navigating interviews, to developing a professional mindset that supports long-term career growth.

Yet, beyond practical advice, the discussion evolved into an honest reflection on what truly defines success in one’s career.
We spoke about teamwork, resilience, communication, and empathy — qualities that shape not only good employees, but good people.

The students were curious, engaged, and thoughtful. Their questions reflected both ambition and sincerity: How can I stand out? How do I handle mistakes during an internship? What matters most in the early years of a career?

Each conversation revealed the same spark — a genuine desire to learn and contribute. That spark, we believe, is the very foundation of every meaningful career.
