Introduction
HirePlanner is a recruitment platform that has served the Japanese market for over a decade. It features a job board, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), agency management, online recruitment event tools, and an admin system. As the platform aged, challenges began to emerge in scalability, performance, and user experience, necessitating a significant redesign.
The project’s goal was to revamp the UI/UX and streamline functionality across its four key user groups: HR professionals, recruiting agencies, candidates, and system administrators.
