Introduction

The customer is a joint venture formed by major multimedia and publishing companies in Japan. Its purpose was to unify data from multiple sources, covering over 40 years of sales across books, manga, video, music, and digital media, and use it for marketing and AI-based analysis.

CodeComplete designed and built a custom AI-driven marketing platform, delivering a commercially viable service within 12 months. The platform supports data consolidation, campaign planning, and automated analysis.

The project required a complex system architecture with multiple integrations into legacy infrastructure and close coordination among the joint venture partners. CodeComplete remains responsible for ongoing operations, maintenance, and feature development.
