We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a junior General Accountant at our fast-growing IT company. This role is responsible for the high-precision execution of the company’s financial cycle, specifically focusing on the accurate processing of accounts payable, payroll, and statutory insurance while coordinating with internal teams to ensure meticulous system entry and timely monthly closings.

Responsibilities:

• Verifying the correctness of payment documentation.
• Accurately entering invoices and payments into the accounting system.
• Processing all bank and cash payments.
• Managing payroll administration.
• Handling all matters related to social insurance.
• Assisting with the monthly financial closing procedures.
• Liaising and coordinating effectively with other internal teams.
• Executing additional accounting tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Proficient in Accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Have knowledge of Vietnamese Tax Regulations and Legislation.
• Ability to work independently, carefully, and accurately.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
